Height is an essential but ridiculous element to decide one’s standard. Everyone wants to grow as high as he/she can. A newspaper even suggested man should tall 175cm. I know that calcium from milk can help bone growth. I drank milk for a month to investigate the height standard concept in the society and to accept the fact that I cannot get even taller,

 

高度是一種必要但荒謬的元素來確定一個人的標準，人人都希望長得愈高愈好，有報紙甚至建議男人應該高至175厘米。我知道牛奶裏鈣可以幫助骨骼生長，我喝了一個月牛奶，從中探討社會高度標準的概念，並接受無法再長高的事實。
